This policy explains how Hyss Group collects and uses personal data when you visit www.hyssgroup.com, send us a request for quotation (RFQ) or register as a member.

1. Who we are

The website is operated by Hyss Group Shanghai Sales Center, Room 1507, No.1 Building, GuoSon Center, No.388 Zhongjiang Road, Shanghai, China ("Hyss Group", "we"). For any privacy question, contact sales@hyssgroup.com.

2. Data we collect

RFQ and contact forms: name, business e-mail, phone number, company, job title, country, product, specification, quantity, estimated order value, purchase timing, your message and any files you attach.
Member accounts: e-mail address, company details and your password (stored only in encrypted form).
Technical data: IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, and how you reached our website (for example a search engine, an online advertisement, another website or a link someone shared with you). If you arrive through an online ad, the ad click identifier (such as Google's gclid) is also recorded.
Cookies and similar storage used to measure our advertising.

3. How we use your data

To answer your inquiry, prepare quotations, process orders and arrange delivery.
To manage your member account and keep the website secure.
To measure and improve our advertising and website.

We do not sell your personal data.

4. Legal basis

We process your data to take steps at your request before entering into a contract and to perform it, on the basis of our legitimate interest in running and securing our business, and on the basis of your consent where it is required (for example advertising cookies). You can withdraw your consent at any time.

5. Sharing your data

We share data only when necessary: with Google for advertising measurement, with our e-mail and IT service providers, and with logistics partners when we ship your order. We do not share it for other parties' marketing.

6. International transfers

Our company and servers are located in China, and Google may process data in other countries. When data leaves your country, we rely on the safeguards required by applicable law.

7. How long we keep data

Inquiries, quotations and their attachments are kept for up to 5 years for business and accounting records. Member accounts are kept until you ask us to delete them. Advertising cookies expire automatically.

8. Your rights

You can ask us for access to, correction or deletion of your personal data, object to or restrict its processing, request data portability and withdraw consent. Write to sales@hyssgroup.com. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.

9. Security

We protect your data with technical and organisational measures, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), encrypted passwords and restricted access to stored files.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
